A couple of months ago I purchased Urban Decay Clean and Sober make up remover during a huge website sale the company was having in August. I was excited because it was on sale for like $3. It's original price is $18.

I thought it was a cleanser in which you use water to make it lather and then rinse it off. This was not the case. It's a product where you would use cotton balls or a tissue to wipe off your make up. After discovering this, I thought it would be a great eye make up remover. Nope, not at all. Clean and Sober make up remover burned my eyes. I was hoping this was going to be a cheaper alternative to my beloved Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanse, but it is very different.
