New Mascara

I've heard so much about Loreal's Voluminous Mascara. I bought the Voluminous waterproof in Carbon for my make-up kit last month. My clients like it a lot. I went back to Kroger's grocery store (my new favorite cosmetic place LOL!) and they had most of the mascaras on sale. I decided to try the Voluminous Million Mascara.

I like it a lot. It reminds me of M.A.C. Studio Fix Mascara but more dramatic. I like rubber brushes because they separate my lashes a lot better than traditional brushes. This was on sale for around $7. I may go back and get another tube before the sale ends. :-D

Blue Eye Shadow

Yes we can wear blue eye shadow and not look like Mimi from the Drew Carey show.  We also don't have to look like Barbie either. (Although with the new Nicki Minaj following, some people may be ok with looking like Barbie.  No judgments here ;-))

I paired a bold blue eye with a pretty and soft nude lip.  I think this look is pretty with and without glasses.  See below
